  • What is the application Fee? How do I apply?

    The application fee is $50 per person. Everyone over the age of 18 must complete an application. You apply on this site utilizing the apply now button.  Please attach your driver license and pay slip too. Save time in the approval process.  You will be screened for credit, criminal background and evictions.

  • How much is the deposit?

    The typical security deposit is one month's rent but can vary depending on property and credit approval.

  • Is the deposit refundable?

    Yes, at the conclusion of the lease, once the home passes the final inspection.

  • How do I pay rent?

    We have several options for you to pay rent online and make it easy to do so. We do also accept checks, once approved for rent, but do not accept cash. However we do have an option to pay cash through 7-11 for a small fee, if that is your preferred method. As you can see, we make it easy for you!

  • I want to get a pet, what do I do?

    Refer to your lease for the pet section and contact us before you do, there are restrictions

  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    Generally, we contact you 90 days before your lease ends to discuss renewal. We require 60 days notice minimum so we can remarket the property. To receive your deposit back, see the security deposit move out guidelines in your lease.

  • Who pays utilities?

    For most of our properties, tenants are responsible to pay the utilities.
